Can we share a membership?
Not yet. Currently, our membership pricing is per person. We’re working on a shared family plan and are excited to tell you more about it soon.
What if I don’t think I’ll come that often?

What does membership come with?
Aside from skyrocking productivity and lots of new friends? Lots! You can see all of our amenities here.
Can I use your address for my business?
Yes! Sign up for Virtual Office here, and use our address for your Google My Business Page, to have mail sent, etc.
Can I bring my dog?
We welcome all (well-behaved canines), but we do require a pet deposit for them. You can find and pay for that here.
Can I bring my kids?
Technically, no. We love well-behaved children generally, but anyone 18 and up can and should have their own membership if they’re working from the space. We also know that life happens, but keep in mind this is an office space and disruptions to the community need to be kept at a minimum.
Can I get a private office?
Yes. We still have a few available, starting at $1,300/month. You can check the latest availability and schedule a tour of the new space by emailing [email protected].
At the space
Can I use the monitors?
Yes! Unless a monitor is on a desk with a RESERVED sign, they are communal and first come, first serve.
Is that half and half/yogurt/hot sauce in the fridge communal?
No. The only thing that’s communal in the fridge is the pitcher of water. It looks like a fancy Brita. If you find the owner(s) of those other items and they say yes, sure, use away. We provide the space for you to work and a few drinks on tap. You provide your little luxuries.
Where do I park?
You can purchase a monthly parking spot for $150 here. If you’re okay moving your car every 3ish hours (it gets the blood flowing!), there is ample street parking around the building.
Can I bring my bike?
Please do. There is a bike rack in the parking garage. If you enter through the front door, you have to take the elevator down and then come back up to WHHQ. You can also bring the bike into the space with you if you like to look at it while you work.
How do I book the conference room?
Whether you’re a member or not, you book the conference room here. Non-members are charged $50/hour. Members get two hours of conference room time per month to use as needed. These hours do not roll over. Additional hours are $25/hour.
What do I do with my dishes?
Put them in the dishwasher, please and thank you. Dishwasher seems full? Wash your dish and put it in the drying rack.
I want to book your space for an event. What’s the process for that?
Fill out our form online and we’ll build a custom quote for you. Keep in mind, all events are after hours (6 p.m. onward) or on weekends.
About The Owners
Lew Estabrook and Larry Maurer
Lew and Larry built their careers in sports medicine and met through their shared interest in helping athletes. They built a business partnership that brought them to Edmonds in the mid-2010s through their purchase of the Waterworks Building, inside of which Workhorse HQ now operates.
Lew Estabrook has been in practice in the Kirkland area for 30 years and has built his large practice on using chiropractic care on a short-term basis stressing self-help techniques. You can read more about him on his practices’ website here.
Larry Maurer, DPM, is a podiatric specialist in sports medicine and pediatric care at Washington Foot & Ankle Sports Medicine in Kirkland, Washington. You can read more about his practice here. Dr. Maurer is a photographer for the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sounders, for wireimage.com as an NFL photographer, and most recently for An Edmonds Kind of 4th 2021. The imagery of workhorses at Workhorse HQ and on the website are all images Larry took himself!
